It’s Au revoir (but not goodbye) to longstanding board member Rita Crombie. Rita Crombie has served on the board of Leith Festival since before there was a board – being a committee member when the decision was taken to constitute and officially register as a charity in 2005. Prior to this Leith Festival existed in various forms since it’s beginnings in 1907. Over the last 20 odd years Rita has seen the festival through it’s best (and worst) times.
